There Are Three Candles On Our Cake

Tales from the Bush

What a special three years it has been at Elephant’s Eye – and we’re excited to be celebrating our third birthday at the lodge. Guests who came to stay during this time experienced some extra birthday loving! Lodge staff planned something special for every day of the month.

Each day was filled with welcome cocktails, complimentary champagne, cupcakes, boma dinners and cake – as well as Zimbabwean birthday songs – which made the experience an extra-special one at Elephant’s Eye, Hwange.

But of course, with so much commotion, we also made sure that every guest received a free 30-minute for ultra-relaxation at the Jwapi spa with our masseuse. The weather played along beautiful, showcasing spectacular pink-tinged sunsets on many nights, leaving our guests especially breathless.

We’re so excited to have shared this special month with our guests – and thank each and every one of them who have made Elephant’s Eye, Hwange what it is today!
