As one of the best safari lodges in the Matopos, Big Cave Camp borders Matobo National Park where encounters with white rhinos is part of this exceptional Zimbabwe safari experience. Spend a day in the Matobo National Park and satisfy a variety of interests. From tracking rhino, a member of the Big Five, to climbing granite hills of historical significance in a UNESCO World Heritage Site, visiting the grave of Cecil John Rhodes, to discovering ancient rock paintings. An inviting swimming pool at our Matopos lodge allows for relaxation with either book or cocktail in hand, succumbing to the natural surroundings. Tranquil breakfasts in the bush along with moonlight walks and open air dinners are also offered (weather permitting).
