Horseback Riding in Noordhoek

Explore Noordhoek Beach on horseback, a quintessential Cape Town experience blending cape landscapes with a touch of adventure. Horseback Riding in Noordhoek offers a guided journey through one of South Africa’s most picturesque coastal areas, starting from stables in Kommetjie and connecting to Noordhoek’s Long Beach.

The adventure begins with a tranquil 20-minute ride through wetlands backed by national park-protected areas. This leads to an unspoiled 8-kilometer stretch of beach, where you’ll soak in breathtaking views of Chapman’s Peak and The Sentinel. Along the way, discover fascinating highlights such as the ruins of the Kakapo, a shipwreck dating back to 1900, and spot coastal wildlife.

This horseback riding experience is perfect for all skill levels, from novices to seasoned riders. However, it is important to note that the tour is a relaxed walking ride, with no trotting, cantering, or galloping permitted, ensuring the safety and comfort of every participant.
